No overselling, no guesswork — just a Ac Repair crew that diagnoses it right the first time. Emergency dispatch available across Arlington and the surrounding zip codes.
No automated menus for emergencies — a real person handles the call.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
If anything feels off after we leave, a follow-up call gets a technician back out to make it right.
Leonard HVAC was built by technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get oversold. Our crews carry manufacturer certifications across the major residential and commercial equipment lines.
You won't find us buried under layers of call-center scripts — we're the crew that answers the phone at 2am when your furnace quits in the middle of a cold snap. We carry the credentials Arlington inspectors and property managers expect to see, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, big or small.
Being local matters more than most companies let on. That local knowledge shapes the parts we stock on the truck — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. Every dispatcher, every technician, and every follow-up call is held to the same standard, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Arlington is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
That local context saves time on every call, because we're not starting from zero on basic questions about your neighborhood or your system. Our warranty and service history records stay attached to your address, so any future technician who visits already has the full picture.
Whether it's a mid-summer breakdown or a planned system replacement, our Arlington techs handle it with the same level of care.
A dead system in the middle of a heat wave or a cold snap isn't just inconvenient — it can be a real safety issue for kids, pets, and older residents. Our Arlington dispatch team prioritizes no-heat and no-cooling calls so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
Once a technician is on-site, the goal is always a same-visit repair — most emergency calls in Arlington get resolved in a single trip, not a multi-day back-and-forth.
An aging system that's constantly breaking down usually costs more to keep patching than to replace. We walk Arlington homeowners through efficiency ratings and how they translate into real monthly savings before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
We protect floors and entryways during the install and haul away the old equipment so you're not left dealing with disposal.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services light industrial and warehouse ventilation across Arlington, with priority response for facilities that can't afford downtime.
Property managers working with multiple Arlington locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle duct cleaning and sealing to stop conditioned air from leaking into attics and crawlspaces for Arlington households that want more than just temperature control.
We'll show you photos of anything concerning we find, along with a plain-language explanation of what it means and whether it's urgent.
We'd rather set clear expectations upfront than make vague promises we can't back up.
Details vary by job type and are always shared upfront, never buried in fine print.
If a competitor's written quote for the same scope of work is genuinely lower, ask us about it.
If anything feels off after we leave, one call gets a tech back to your Arlington address.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Rattling during startup often means a component has worked itself loose and needs tightening before it causes real damage.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
A tune-up often identifies exactly what's driving the extra energy use.
A system that won't hold a steady cycle is often fighting a sizing issue, a thermostat problem, or a refrigerant imbalance.
A burning smell should never be ignored — it can indicate an electrical issue that needs immediate attention.
We'll always tell you honestly when a repair is the better call versus when it isn't.
You'll know the cost before a wrench touches your system.
Dispatchers give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today".
We don't consider a job finished until the system is actually performing correctly.
Every technician carries current state licensing and manufacturer training.
We explain what failed, why it failed, and what the options are.
We'll walk you through what's actually available before you decide.
Every review below reflects an actual service call in the Arlington area.
"Our AC quit on the hottest weekend of the year and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. Fixed on the first visit and explained everything in terms I could actually understand."
"Scheduled a fall tune-up and they caught a cracked part before it became a real problem. Techs are always polite, always on time, and clean up after themselves."
"Had a full system replacement done and it was the smoothest home project I've had in years. Followed up a week later just to check everything was still running fine."
"Our restaurant's rooftop unit went down on a Friday night and they had someone out fast. Kept our kitchen running through the weekend rush."
"The estimate matched the final invoice exactly, down to the dollar. My energy bill dropped noticeably the first month with the new system."
"Called at 11pm during a heat wave and honestly didn't expect anyone to pick up, let alone show up. This is the company I'm saving in my phone now."
None of these are unusual or embarrassing — they're just the normal wear and tear that comes with running a system through Arlington's seasonal swings.
The shift between peak heating and peak cooling demand is exactly when older or neglected equipment tends to fail. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Simple habits between professional visits also matter. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
We also service package units common on manufactured and modular homes throughout the Arlington area. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
